Returns and Refunds Policy

We are committed to providing you with the highest quality products. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we have a returns or repairs policy in place to assist you.

1. Replacement in case of defect

  • If an item has a manufacturing defect, you can request a replacement. Replacement requests are accepted under the following conditions:
    • The item has not been worn or used.
    • The defect is reported no later than 30 days after the delivery date.
  • To report a defect, please contact us via info@celergear.com or the contact form, providing the following information:
    • A detailed description of the fault.
    • Clear photos of the item showing the fault.
    • Proof of purchase (order number, invoice, etc.).

2. No refunds

  • In principle, we do not issue refunds for personalised or non-personalised items.
  • Products ordered, whether personalised or not, are only eligible for replacement if a manufacturing defect is found, in accordance with the above conditions.

3. Return procedure for replacement

  • Once the defect has been validated by our team, we will send you instructions for returning the item. The cost of the return may be borne by the customer, unless otherwise decided by our customer service department.
  • On receipt of the faulty item, a replacement will be sent as soon as possible. Delivery times may vary depending on product availability and your location.

4. Limitation of liability

  • Celer Gear will not be held responsible for defects caused by misuse, poor maintenance, accidents, or modifications made after delivery of the item.
  • Customs duties, if any, are non-refundable and remain the responsibility of the customer.
