These Terms and Conditions of Service govern the use of the Celer Gear website and the purchase of our products and services. By accessing our website or placing an order you accept these terms in full.

1. Purpose

  • Celer Gear offers the sale of personalised and non-personalised karting equipment as well as private and group karting lessons. These Terms of Service set out how you can order, deliver, pay for and use our services.

2. Orders

  • Ordering Process: To place an order, you must provide accurate and complete information. Celer Gear cannot be held responsible for delays or errors in delivery due to incorrect information provided at the time of ordering.
  • Personalisation of items: Personalised items cannot be changed after order confirmation. Please check your choices carefully before confirming your order.
  • Product availability: Our products are subject to availability. If a product ordered is not available, we will inform you and offer you a refund or an alternative product.

3. Prices and payment

  • Prices: The prices displayed on the site include or exclude, as appropriate, applicable taxes. Any customs duties for deliveries outside Europe are payable by the customer.
  • Payment methods: We accept payment by credit card, bank transfer, PayPal, etc. Payment information is processed securely by our payment service provider.
  • Invoicing: A detailed invoice will be sent to the e-mail address provided when the order was placed.

  • Delivery times: Personalised products are delivered within 3 to 6 weeks. Non-personalised products may have different delivery times, as indicated at the time of ordering.
  • Delivery zones: We deliver throughout Europe and North America. Customs charges, if any, are payable by the customer for deliveries in North America.
  • Delivery tracking: A tracking number will be sent to you by e-mail as soon as your order has been dispatched.

  • Enrolment: Karting lessons are available as private or group lessons, depending on your requirements. To register, please contact our customer service department.
  • Payment terms: Full payment is required to validate a course booking.
  • Cancellation: All cancellations must be notified at least 24 hours before the course to obtain a partial refund or a postponement. After this time, no refund will be given.

7. Intellectual property rights

  • All designs, logos, trademarks and content on the website are the exclusive property of Celer Gear. Any unauthorised reproduction or use is strictly prohibited.

8. Responsibility

  • Celer Gear shall not be liable for any consequential damages arising out of the use of our products or services, nor for any loss resulting from the misuse of karting equipment.
  • We reserve the right to change product descriptions and specifications without notice.

  • Celer Gear reserves the right to change these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be published on this page and will take effect immediately.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

  • These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Switzerland. Any dispute arising in connection with these Terms of Service shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Canton of Vaud.
